From the moment we walked in, Curt was on it, so friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable. We bought right then and there. Curt went above and beyond helping us and we are so grateful. Shout out to Caleb, Brian and Cameron for their help as well. Caleb was so helpful with our purchase of our turn signal packages, side mirrors and extra key. Brian and Cameron were so awesome to come out show us everything on the unit and helped get us hooked up and loaded. What an amazing experiance. Definitely worth the 2.5 hours drive! "Coming into the Sandusky store puts me at ease. I always bring my machine in for service here because the team is very knowledgeable, friendly and work fast. Knowing my machine is getting the attention it deserves is important to me.Adam and his team are great. When I called for service, he was pleasant, friendly and took time to listen to my needs. He walked me through a few things to try on my machine before I brought it in, unfortunately, I was not able to get the repair done at home and took it in.He greeted me by name, went over the machine with me at drop off and made sure he understood all of my concerns. When the machine was done with the diagnosis work, he had an estimate put together with an exact total and I appreciate no surprises. He even came in under what he originally thought it would be so I decided to have them complete a general service on it while it was there. I did not know he would inspect everything, grease all the parts that need grease and really go through it.
